S P U M I S

Spumis is a product food design project that sees the collaboration between PepsiCo company and Marti Guixè in order to create the “better for you cookie”. The aim of the project is to design a new product within the Cookies category that is low in sugar, fat, sodium and calories and that delivers the enjoyment and comfort that consumers are looking for. 

​Cookies and Crackers is one PepsiCo’s most important categories in Latin America. In Mexico, Gamesa, PepsiCo’s C&C brand, has a 65% market share and is leader in almost all categories. The portfolio includes chocolate chips, sandwich, digestive, wafers, simple, cookies and saltines and crackers. It covers all of the consumption moments during the day and can be enjoyed by all members of the family.
